Delivery from Japan

We ship items to you directly from Japan through international shipping.

There are 3 delivery methods:

• DHL Express Worldwide: Delivery time from 7 days to 14 days.
• FedEx International Priority: Delivery time from 7 days to 14 days.
• JAPAN POST EMS: Delivery time from 10 days.

Delivery times are approximate, and may be increased due to circumstances beyond the control of the store - due to force majeure, the workload of transport companies, customs clearance and other reasons. Natulla does not accept any responsibility for international shipping delays. Thank you for understanding!

We will choose the fastest and safest transportation method according to the destination of the order. If you have a special transportation method, please leave a message to let us know.

The amount of shipping fee is 3000 yen (approximately US$22 on 2022/12/08), and all orders with an amount greater than US$300 will enjoy free shipping.
